Terms of Service

Services

Layaly Indiana provides professional DJ, MC, and event music services. All services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement with deposit.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total fee) is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the event date as specified in your contract.

Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before event: Deposit retained; no additional charges.
• 30–89 days before event: 50% of total fee is due.
• Less than 30 days: Full fee may apply.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide venue access, parking, and a dedicated setup area with appropriate electrical connections as agreed. Layaly Indiana is not responsible for delays caused by venue or vendor issues outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Layaly Indiana's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific event in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes shall be resolved in Marion County, Indiana.
