This past weekend, Layaly Indiana had the honor of providing DJ, sound, and lighting for Layla and Chris's wedding reception inside the chandelier ballroom at Hotel Carmichael in downtown Carmel. Floor-to-ceiling windows, mirrored walls, and row after row of crystal chandeliers gave us a beautiful room to work with — and we built the production to match it.
We set the room with an elegant white DJ façade, twin premium speakers on totems, two intelligent moving head lights for the dance floor, and twelve LED uplights washed in soft gold to play off the room's existing architecture. A beautifully tiered ivory cake anchored the reception, and a warm, multicultural mix of family and friends kept the floor full from the first song to the last.
